1. Who we are

Tradex Trading LLC, operating as Rigo, is the data controller for personal information described in this policy. Our mailing address is listed on the Contact page.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with Rigo, we may collect:

• Caller phone number from inbound calls to a merchant using Rigo
• Name and booking details provided during the call
• Call recordings and transcripts
• Business information provided by merchant clients (hours, menus, calendars, and similar operational data)
• Information you submit when you apply for Rigo on our website (see section 7)

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Complete and confirm bookings and related requests
• Send SMS confirmations and reminders related to those bookings
• Improve service quality and reliability

4. Call recording

Calls are recorded. Callers are notified at the start of every call, in accordance with applicable state law including California Penal Code § 632.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver the service, such as telephony, speech processing, calendar sync, hosting, database and email providers, under agreements that limit use to providing those services. Website measurement is described in section 8.

6. Data retention

Call recordings are retained for 90 days and then deleted. Booking records are retained for the duration of the merchant relationship, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.

7. Applying to Rigo through our website

When a business owner or manager applies on tryrigo.com/apply, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Business name and type, city or region, and the languages your customers call in
• Your name, role and mobile phone number
• Optional details: email, WeChat ID, current business phone, calls per day, booking or ordering tools, best time to contact, and notes
• Your agreement to our Terms and this Privacy Policy, and — only if you check the box — your consent to receive text messages about your application, with the time and the version of the consent wording

We also record how you reached the form: advertising campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters and Facebook click ID), the referring page, the page you landed on, and your browser type. We use your IP address only to limit repeated submissions; it is not stored with your application.

We use this information to review your application, contact you about setting up Rigo, and understand which of our ads and channels work. New applications are sent to our team by email. We will only text you about your application if you opted in; reply STOP to opt out at any time (see SMS Terms). We keep application records while we evaluate your application and for the duration of any resulting merchant relationship, and you can ask us to delete them at any time (see section 9).

8. Website measurement

To measure our advertising, our website may use the Meta Pixel, which records that a page was viewed and that an application was submitted. We do not send the contents of the application form — such as your name, phone number or email — to Meta. Our site may also use Cloudflare security checks to block automated spam submissions. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Facebook ad preferences.

9. Your rights

California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.
